Our Partnership

Nature is not a brake on economic growth, it is its engine.  We aim to transform how policymakers and developers think, proving that nature-based solutions don’t constrain prosperity, they power it.

We’re here to connect organisations, experts and communities across Wiltshire and Swindon to turn ideas into real on the ground change. That means restoring nature, tackling climate and water challenges, and making sure everyone has fair access to nature and green spaces. This work feeds into our local nature recovery plan for Wiltshire and Swindon.

Our Purpose

To drive nature’s recovery, unlock nature-based solutions for climate and water resilience, and ensure everyone in Wiltshire and Swindon benefits from equitable access to nature, enhancing health and wellbeing.

Mission

To enable nature recovery at scale, pace, and in the right places by empowering people and organisations with the autonomy and skills needed to deliver lasting change.

Vision

A Wiltshire where nature flourishes at the heart of communities, farming and everyday life, benefiting everyone.

Turning ambition into action means focusing on what will make the greatest difference.

The goals we set determine how we will drive nature recovery across the county, combining practical delivery with long-term investment, strengthening our water environments and landscapes, ensuring everyone can benefit from access to nature.  Employing a landscape scale approach coupled with joined up thinking and delivery, we bring partners together around shared priorities, to create a coordinated approach that delivers for nature and builds a more sustainable future.
